Natalie Harrell, LMSW
Hello, my name is Natalie. I am an associate clinical therapist with prior experience working with clients in drug rehabilitation and group therapy settings, including women’s issues, a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills course, and LGBTQIA+ process groups. I currently work part-time providing individual and couples therapy while continuing my work in the criminal justice system. I use approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I am currently accepting clients for Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy under supervision.
My work often centers on people who are going through transitions, reassessing their direction, or feeling ready for a shift—whether that’s learning new coping skills, building self-compassion, or reconnecting with themselves in a more mindful way. My approach is collaborative and supportive, grounded in your self-determination and personal goals. I believe healing isn’t linear, and there’s no ‘right’ way to do this work.
In our sessions, you can expect honesty, genuine connection, and a space where you don’t have to filter or explain yourself. As a supervised clinician, I regularly consult with experienced professionals to ensure you’re receiving thoughtful, ethical, and well-supported care. My goal is to walk alongside you as you create meaningful and sustainable change at your own pace.
