Aileen Camacho, LPC Associate
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas and a graduate of St. Mary’s University. I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, and emotional challenges. I have a particular passion for supporting youth and young adults, as well as individuals and families connected to the military, and I welcome clients from all backgrounds.
My approach to counseling focuses on creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel comfortable, heard, and understood. I value building genuine relationships and working collaboratively with clients as they explore challenges, identify strengths, and move toward meaningful change.
As a therapist, my goal is to help clients increase self-awareness, develop effective coping skills, and feel more confident in navigating life’s transitions. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices to support each client’s unique needs.
I am supervised by Felicia Stone, LPC-S, and engage in ongoing consultation to ensure thoughtful, high-quality care.
